專為圓形產品燙印而設計,主要適用于軟管、瓶蓋、離心管、膏霜罐的等圓形制品。主傳動采用歐洲名牌傳動器材，輔以高速精密間隙分割器，實現部分精確分度傳動，使整機運行平穩可靠，燙金速度高達3000pcs/hr整機控制采用國際名品PLC控制及設置簡便快捷的觸摸屏操作，輕易實現人機對話，操作更加得心應手。數控步進馬達收紙，高效精準，可獲得更加優秀的燙印效果。具有離子風除塵、無件不燙印、氣壓過低報警、廢料/錯料等自動報警自動檢測功能。燙印伺服左右定位，步進前后定位（針對軟管）。全自動上料系統與卸料機械手裝置確保了燙印的連續與穩定，也盡可能避免了在燙印過程中造成承印物表面的刮傷，更加保障了作業員的安全操作。
